Joyce Rogers (aka Hat Lady), of Michigan, proudly displays the right front panel of her watercolor vest. The vest was designed with a white background, and Joyce's version is absolutely stunning. The pattern will be available in the Sept. 2001 issue of The Quilter Magazine.
